You can order this report from www.annualcrditreport.com ! the downside of this FREE report is that it will only have your "data" and not your "score"! You can go to any of these sites and pay to get your score along with your report or you can go to www.myfico.com ! There are other places to go, but these are just a few. You should check your report and your score every year and more often that that if you have had your identity stolen.
